Resort work is back-of-house work: the service areas, staff accommodation and support buildings a property depends on, plus the maintenance that keeps them running. On the waterline we handle jetty renovation support and seawall works.
Building on an operating resort island is a logistics problem before it is a construction one. Materials arrive by sea on a schedule you do not control, and the work has to proceed without intruding on guests — so we plan mobilisation and phasing around the property's operation rather than the other way round.
