About Us
We are a building construction and infrastructure company based in Malé, delivering home construction, commercial construction, civil engineering, architecture and design and build services, and telecom tower and radio antenna construction for operators, government institutions, utility providers, and private developers. With roots going back to 1991 and formal registration in 2005, Rishthaa Company has delivered hundreds of projects across the length of the Maldives.
Our speciality is island project execution. We mobilise crews and equipment to remote locations while meeting the quality and timeline expectations of clients like Dhiraagu, Ooredoo, STELCO, and government ministries.

Consultation & Site Assessment
We discuss your project scope, location, timeline, and budget. Our team then assesses the site conditions and practical constraints.
Proposal & BOQ
We prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities and project proposal with cost breakdown and delivery plan.
Mobilisation & Execution
Our crew, equipment, and materials are mobilised to site. We also manage remote island logistics when required.
Quality Check & Handover
Completed works are inspected against the agreed scope. Any outstanding items are recorded and completed before a formal handover with documentation.
Support After Completion
We remain accessible for maintenance, warranty support, and further work after project completion.
