Our origins trace back to operations under Shady Group, which laid the early groundwork for our construction capability in the Maldives.
The business was officially registered as Rishthaa Rentals in 1999, before being formally established as Rishthaa Company Pvt Ltd in 2005.
Since then, we have grown into a long-standing contractor with 695+ completed projects across telecom, civil, and utility sectors nationwide.
